The Power of Documentary
Documentaries offer many options to explore and illuminate a subject. KgZ blends sound, color, music, movement, dialogue, and evocative imagery into a compelling story ready for broadcast, streaming, VR/AR, the sides of buildings, or in some form yet to be imagined.
The KgZ creative team doesn't have all the answers going in. We have all the questions that guide a thrilling process of discovery. We are skilled producers, editors, and collaborators. We use our imaginations to tell human stories that come to life and linger in the imagination.

What is creative placemaking? There's more than one definition, but the National Endowment for the Arts offers the most comprehensive: creative placemaking integrates arts, culture, and design activities into efforts that strengthen communities. Creative placemaking requires partnership across sectors, deeply engages the community, involves artists, designers and culture bearers, and helps to advance local economic, physical, and/or social change, ultimately laying the groundwork for systems change.
